We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Al Meezaan Perfume. If you’re not happy, here’s what you can expect:
1. Returns Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or wrongly delivered.
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product should be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
2. Refund Process:
- Once the product is returned and inspected, we will initiate the refund.
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method or UPI within 5–7 business days.
3. Exchanges:
Exchanges are available only if the product is defective or damaged.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
Perfumes once opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
